I can not speak highly enough about Mr Desai. I suffered with trigger finger with two of my fingers on my dominant right had locking in the bent position. Mr Desai operated and the results are great, no more locking. Thank you for everything you have done for me you are a gentleman and also thank you to St Huges Hospital for your care.

I consulted Mr Desai for an issue with my left hand, which was limiting the fingers to stretch. It was diagnosed as Dupuytren's contracture. Mr Desai offered an ambulant surgery within 4 weeks at St Hughes hospital at Grimsby which was a good venue and the issue was sorted out in short time. The result was perfect, which is much appreciated. The post treatment was well organised and after 2 weeks my hand was back to normal with all stitches removed. Mr Desai, was always very good in his explanations on each work step and delivered a very good result.

dr desai explained in 'easy to understand' detail what my options were on having rotator cuff surgery, showing me photos and drawings to help me understand. he was friendly and i felt totally informed on everything starting from my scans, all the way to seeing me an hour or so before my surgery. the surgery went very well and was very neat, i can hardly see the tiny scars from where he went into my shoulder. its now around 5 weeks and i have just seen him again as he wanted to see how i was getting along. we are both pleased with my progress and i am currently undergoing physio. i would definitely recommend dr desai for anyone considering having an operation.
